M+C Saatchi Open House is a free online training programme that started during the Covid19 Pandemic when much of the world was on Zoom. Its mission is to open doors for anyone starting, shifting or returning to a career in creative communications who do not have the support, connections or access to do so.
Weekly seminars, where speakers from across the M+C Saatchi Group share their knowledge and experience, are open to all. Participants have the opportunity to apply what they have learnt in optional coursework tasks, receive a CPD accredited certificate and apply to be considered for a future role with us. The programme has run annually since its launch in September 2020 and has reached 11,711 people, aged 16-60, in 101 countries. 2024 EO survey data shows:

So far, we have made 37 permanent hires, including 4 apprenticeships, plus 14 internships in account handling, creative, data, design, marketing, media, new business, production, operations, PR, and strategy, across M+C Saatchi Group. Meet the joiners.
